It is reported that the expense used for a
wedding has been soaring these years. Many young
couples blindly pursue high
standards for their marriage. They need a big sum of money to buy a house
and
have it beautifully decorated. They hope to buy some luxuries and modern
appliances for their new
home. Besides, a grand wedding ceremony in the restaurant
will also cost them quite a lot. All these
expenses go far beyond their financial
ability and thus they have to turn to their parents for financial
assistance.

There are quite a great number of city-dwellers who wish to have houses
of their own, but the house
prices are increasing very fast. Many people,
especially young couples, have to borrow money from the
bank so as to fulfil
their dreams of owing their own houses. Consequently, they will be burdened
with the
heavy loan for twenty or thirty years. In order to pay back the loan,
they have to cut down their spending,
which will lower their living standard.
Nowadays, the housing-loan burden has become a social problem
which deserves
our serious attention.
